Joseph is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Totorani Serengeti Organization, is Serengeti born child in Mara region. In more than a decade in tourism as a guide is driven by his ambition to see his community engaging and established Totorani as an organization intends to stand up for the conservation of the environment by indulging in recycling, educating, following proper agricultural practices and providing economic opportunities to villagers around the Serengeti. To conserve the environment many stake holders have to join hands such that every gap therein is filled up and fixed.
